How a sprint goes

You run the dev team of a tiny startup with a big idea and not much cash. Each sprint is two working weeks, and every decision shows up on the board.

Plan. Listen to users and stakeholders, pick tickets from the backlog, refine the fuzzy ones and play cards from your Playbook.
Sprint days. Your team works the board while blockers, CEO asks and outages land as decisions.
Ship. Choose what to release; big releases bring buzz, and escaped bugs cost users.
Retro. See what the release did, hire, set prices and marketing, and add a play to your Playbook.
